Background
With its batch and continuous centrifugals, the customer has been successful across the globe and across sectors. So the demands are high.
Challenges faced
The enduser challenged our customer due to constant vacuum loss during the crystallisation process. Our customer has been using old technology with stuffing box packings for years, but these have to be frequently readjusted by the maintenance team in order to maintain the required vacuum.
Operating Conditions
Speed: up to 52 rpm
Temperature: up to 115°C
Application: Vrtical vacuum pan mixer
Media: Thick juice (sugar content 65-80%)
Pressure: Vacuum up to 0,5 Bar in cleaning process
Solution: 3D-sealing system
Solution and Benefits
